ALLEN R. CRAIG Allen was happiest when he was surrounded by family and friends and lived by the motto "the more the merrier." He loved to hunt, fish and snowmobile. He was a woodsman and enjoyed traveling and camping. Camping started at an early age at T10 R6 and later he would go to Webster Brook. He often spoke about his wonderful trips to Arizona, Labrador, Wyoming, and above all, Alaska. Allen will be missed by all, especially by his "best pal" and grandson, Collier. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Patricia J. Collier; son, Theodore Craig and his wife, Eva and her children, Andrew and Jessica of Fairbanks, Alaska; his daughter, Faye (Craig) Coleman and her husband, David and son, Collier Liam, of Limerick; mother, Pauline (Robinson) Craig of Masardis; sisters, Lois and husband, Dana Howes, of Ashland; Ella and husband, John Weeks, of Masardis; Marion and husband, Jerry Dunham, of Garfield; and brother, Nelson and wife, Sharon (Sherman) Craig, of Masardis; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many good friends. He was predeceased by his father, Gerald W. Craig. Funeral arrangements are a service of Stimson-Ouellette Funeral Home, 114 Exchange St., Ashland, with special assistance by Hope Memorial Chapel in Biddeford and will be held 4 p.m. Saturday at the Advent Christian Church, Exchange St., Ashland. Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family from 3 p.m. until time of service on Saturday.
