OBITUARIES

ARDELL M. "RED" LOVELL
SANGERVILLE- Ardell M. "Red" Lovell, 84, died June 13, 2011, at Mayo Regional Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft. She was born in Sangerville, December 5, 1926, daughter of Maurice and Eva (Dulac) St. Louis. She graduated from Sangerville High School class of 1945. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and was very active in their Girls State Program. She worked for many years as a custodian for SAD #4, and enjoyed being around the children. An avid fisherman, it was said that she could catch a fish out of a pail.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Carolyn Williams and her husband, Richard of Guilford, and Mary Kalel of Shrewsbury, Mass; 3 grandchildren, Kathryn and Robert Alex, Willie and Bobbie Williams, and Ashley Kalel and her companion, Stephen Cullen; and 3 great grandchildren, Samatha, Ross, and Haylee; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Atwood E. Lovell; a brother, Francis St. Louis; and a sister, Wanita Hall.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM, Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at Crosby & Neal, 21 Oak Street in Guilford. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 11 AM, Wednesday, June 15th, with burial in the Sangerville Village Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make donations to PAWS, P.O.
