OBITUARIES

ARLENE M. CULLICUTT
PARKMAN- Arlene M. Cullicutt, 94, died October 3, 2011, at her home in Parkman. She was born September 19, 1917, in Sangerville, daughter of Alonzo and Hattie (Gray) Ireland.

She worked for many years at Hardwood Products Company in Guilford, retiring at age 65. During her life she enjoyed traveling. Her favorite places to visit were Prince Edward Island in Canada and the Amish country in Pennsylvania.

She was a member of the South Sangerville Grange for many years and was a member of the Senior Citizen's in Guilford.

On September 19th of this year, upon turning 94, Arlene was presented with the Boston Post Cane as the oldest person in Parkman.

She was predeceased by her husband, Hartley W. Cullicutt, and a son, Kenneth Ireland.

She is survived by a son, Weldon Cullicutt and his wife, Dodie of Parkman; 2 daughters, Jeanette Gilbert and her husband, Merle Sr. of Parkman, and Helen Conant and her husband, Floyd of Appleton; 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 18 great great grandchildren.

Friends may call from noon until 2 PM Thursday, October 6th, at Crosby & Neal, 21 Oak Street in Guilford. Graveside services will follow at the Sangerville Village Cemetery, with Pastor Stephen Dean officiating.
