BARBARA EVANS PIERCE
NEWPORT & COCOA, FLORIDA—Barbara Evans Pierce, 48, died July 16, 2011 at Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cocoa, Florida. She was born December 18, 1962 in Berea, Ohio, a daughter of Chester and Edith (Dufault) Evans. She had lived in Florida for the last 18 years.

She is survived by a daughter, Angela Evarts; a grandson, Reece Evarts, both of Pittsfield; 2 brothers, Neil and wife Janet Evans of Burnham, and Kevin Evans of Clinton; 3 sisters, Beatrice and husband Skip Bowman of Newport, Marilyn Ouellette of Bangor, and Andrea and husband Jack Heckel of Collins, GA; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents and 2 sisters, Cheryl Evans and Cynthia Kennedy.
