BEATRICE P. REED
SEARSPORT, ME- Beatrice P. Reed passed away peacefully in her home on January 17, 2009. She was born on March 7, 1908 in Hollis, NH. the daughter of Emerson and Ethel Pineo. She lived most of her life in Hollis. She was a graduate of Hollis High School and a member of the Hollis Congregational Church. Beatrice was a loving wife, a devoted mother and a good friend to many. She enjoyed traveling, writing poetry, quilting and sewing. She also was an avid reader and Scrabble player.

Beatrice was pre-deceased by her parents, three brothers, three sisters, two grandsons and her husband of 67 years, Lawrence W. Reed. She is survived by her four sons and their wives, five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
