BOBBIE JO HALL
Bobbie attended schools in Dover-Foxcroft and graduated from Foxcroft Academy in 1975. She attended Husson College and graduated in 1977 as a medical secretary. She was employed at Penquis Orthopedics in Dover-Foxcroft for 18 years, and later worked as an assistant at Little Miracles Country School for 8 years. She then stayed home from work to devote her time to caring for her son Dale.
Bobbie enjoyed working in her flower gardens, feeding and watching the birds, and especially liked playing golf. She was a member and past president of the Piscataquis Country Club and also served on the Board of Directors for many years.
In addition to her mother of Dover-Foxcroft, she is survived by her husband Rick and son Dale, both of Sangerville; sisters, Sheryl Love and partner Brad Jordan of Guilford and Gerri and husband Mike Elderkin of Abbot; special-in-laws, Dick and Nancy Hall of Sangerville; sisters-in-law, Wendy and husband Bob Bradford of Guilford and Shelly and husband Ron Brown of Bangor; nephews, Roy Trice of Las Vegas, NV, Nathan Thornley of Guilford, Jeremy Elderkin of Guam and Nathan Brown of Bangor; a niece, Charley Ann Bradford of Guilford. Bobbie also will be missed by the many friends she made and touched throughout her life with her smile and thoughtfulness. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. Thursday, April 9th at Crosby & Neal, 21 Oak Street, Guilford, where funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Friday, April 10th with Pastor Stephen Dean officiating. Burial will be in the Sangerville Village Cemetery later in the spring.
