CHARLES A. STARBIRD
SANGERVILLE and DEXTER Charles A. Starbird, 96, husband of the late Evelyn (Clark) Starbird, died April 2, 2007, in Dexter. He was born July 10, 1910, in South Sangerville, the son of Edwin A. and Addie (Jackson) Starbird. Charles and his wife had operated a construction business for many years.

He is survived by two special friends, Truman and Frances Seamans of Dexter, with whom he had made his home; a sister-in-law, Priscilla Clark of California; three nieces, Patricia Colbry and Judy Williams, both of Sangerville and Roberta Johnson of California; four nephews, Lanny, Bruce, and Alan Clark, all of California, and Rodney Edgerly of Florida.

A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Thursday, April 5, at Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft, with Pastor David Kelly officiating. Burial in the family lot at Sangerville Village Cemetery will be later in the spring.
