CHARLIE "CHUCK" BUSSELL II Chuck was a loyal and devoted father, son, brother, family man and a true friend to the end. He was a woodsman by trade. He believed in doing an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay and he took pride in doing so. He enjoyed the outdoors; hunting ducks and geese with his dogs, turkeys with his nephew Briar, and deer with family and friends. He also enjoyed dipping smelts, arm wrestling, grappling, shooting, and good music. Chuck took pride in his family and close friends. He would help anyone he could and say thank you to anyone who gave him a “leg up” when he needed one. He is survived by his father of Harmony; grandmother Leah Bussell of Wellington; 2 children, “his boy” Andrew and wife Brittany Paradis of Wellington, and a step daughter, Michelle and husband Tim Coghlan of Lynn, MA; 5 siblings, a sister, Stacy and husband Mitchell Bedi of Newport, 4 brothers, Kendall and wife Tammy Judd, Cory and wife Jean Bussell, all of Athens, Eric and wife Tammy [sic.] Bussell of Mercer, Robert and wife Mary Bussell of Harmony; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He also leaves behind his dog Bosco. Chuck was predeceased by his mother on February 5, 2005. He will be missed but memories of him live in all who knew and loved him. “Never forgotten.” Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-8 PM Friday, April 1st, at Crosby & Neal, 117 Main Street, Newport. A graveside committal service for Charlie G. Bussell, 38, who died March 26, 2011, will be held 2:30 P.M. Monday, May 23rd at the Hutchins Corner Road Cemetery, Wellington.
