Dana M. Harrington, Jr
ABBOT- Dana M. Harrington, Jr., 83, passed away peacefully, in Pittsfield, with his family at his side, with "Country Roads" playing in the background, October 10, 2012. He was born in Guilford, February 12, 1929, son of Dana and Gladys (Bradford) Harrington, Sr.

Although he was challenged he taught us how to live, laugh and love. He was known for his saying, “Who’s too old”.

He is survived by 2 sisters-in-law; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews; and will especially be missed by the kids, Kieara and Gage Garland, whom he loved dearly.

One of 9 children, Dana was predeceased by his 4 brothers and 4 sisters.

Special thanks to Sonny Perry and to all those who cared for him at the Pittsfield Rehab and Living Center. He loved each and every one of you.

Graveside services will be held 10 AM, Monday, October 15, 2012, at the Village Cemetery in Abbot.
