DAVID M. SALISBURY
PARAMUS, NJ & DEXTER - David M. Salisbury of Paramus, NJ, formerly of Dexter, passed away on October 26, 2004.

He was the beloved husband of Carol (Clark) Salisbury, and devoted father of Kimberly Salisbury of Suffern, NY and Scott Clark Salisbury of Paramus. He was the cherished son of Gardner and Marguerite (Vogue) Salisbury of Dexter. He was the brother of Diane Salisbury of Harmony and Richard Salisbury of Portland, and loving son-in-law of Marion Clark of Paramus. He was employed with Teamster Local #817 in New York City.

Funeral Services were held October 29 at Vander Plaat Memorial Home in Paramus. Internment was in George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
