PARKMAN, Eugene J.Gould, 31, died unexpectedly June 28, 2001 from injuries sustained in an accident in Orono. He was born August 27, 1969 in Hartland, son of Gene and Penny (Lawler) Gould. Eugene graduated from Dexter Regional High School class of 1988 and graduated with honors from Omega Technical School in Brewer, class of 1997. He worked for Pride Manufacturing Company in Guilford for 10 years and for S.E. MacMillan Construction in Bangor for the past three years. He was a loving father and husband.

He is survived by his wife, Victoria (Rhodes) Gould and their children, Benjamin and Samara, all of Parkman; his parents of Ripley; four sisters, Eugena Gould and her fiancé Kevin Gray of Dexter, Mary and her husband Clyde Mason of Detroit, Rosemary and her husband Dan Pelletier of Waterville, Frances and her husband Robert Peachey of Guilford; three brothers, Gerald R. Gould Sr. and Becky Copeland of Corinna, Michael Gould of Kenduskeag, and Allen Gould of New York; mother and father-in-law, Joseph and Carolanne Dionne of Abbot; best friend and his wife, Chip and Deanna Wakefield and their children, Ashley and Beckie all of Ripley; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Lester and his wife Kelly Deering, and Colby Deering and two sisters, Michelle Gould and Ann Marie Gould and a niece Christina Preble.

Friends may call 6-8 PM Monday at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 21 Oak St., Guilford. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Tuesday at the funeral home, with Pastor Christopher Parker officiating. Burial will be in the Pingree Center Cemetery in Parkman. Those who wish may make donations in his memory to a trust fund for his children in care of Jenni Greenlaw, P.O. Box 441, Norridgewock, ME 04957.
