FLORA W. TRUE
DOVER-FOXCROFT, Flora W. True, 88, died September 15, 2002 at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home. She was born November 27, 1913 in Bradford, Massachusetts, daughter of Leslie and Alice (Holbrook) Williams. She attended Portland schools and graduated from Saint Joseph Academy in Portland. She was predeceased by her husband, Guy True, in 1993; a son, Richard; and a grandson, David.

She is survived by four sons, Robert True and his wife Susan of Harmony, Donald True of Vancouver, Washington, Leslie True of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Stephen True and his wife Donna of Palmyra; four daughters, Betty Church, Shirley Langley, Alice Frye all of Dover-Foxcroft, and Beverly Judkins and her friend, James Greeley of Corinna; 33 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter; nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, September 19, 2002, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 21 Oak Street, Guilford, with Rev. David McLeish officiating. Burial will be in Abbot Village Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent in her memory to the Alzheimer’s Association, Maine Chapter, 163 Lancaster Street, Suite 160B, Portland, ME04101.
