FRANKLYN P. BUSHEY, SR.
GREENVILLE — Franklyn P. Bushey, Sr., age 49 of Pritham Avenue, died Sunday, June 27, 2004 as a result of an automobile accident. He was born in Bangor on February 23, 1955 the son of Franklyn J. and Lorraine M. Provost Bushey. He attended Bangor schools. After high school, he traveled throughout the United States, living in Connecticut and California. He eventually found Moosehead Lake where he lived happily for many years. He married Donna M. Wentworth in Rockwood on November 29, 1993. Mr. Bushey was a chef for many years, working in Hartford Connecticut and later at the Birches in Rockwood. He had also been employed at the Horse Shoe Casino in Las Vegas in security. Mr. & Mrs. Bushey owned and operated Dream Catchers Restaurant in Greenville. He enjoyed ice and lake fishing and had a great love for Moosehead Lake and the area. He also was a family man, who loved his wife and children very much.

Besides his wife of Greenville, he is survived by his mother of Bangor, a son, Franklyn P. Bushey, Jr. of Fort Drum, N.Y.; four daughters, Kathryn M. Bushey of Provincetown, Ma., Ashley D. Bushey, Tessa R. Bushey and Reaghan R. Bushey all of Greenville; two brothers, Tony Bushey and his companion, Candi Morin of Greenbush and Randy Bushey and his wife, Karen of Freeport; a sister, Vicki Boutin and her husband, David of Arundel, a niece, Paige Bushey of Freeport and a nephew, Josh Bushey of Freeport.

A memorial mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 3, 2004 at Holy Family Catholic Church, Greenville with the Rev. William Modlin officiating.
