GERTRUDE A. WENTWORTH
DOVER-FOXCROFT - Gertrude A. Wentworth, 74, died April 18, 2002, at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home, after a long illness. She was born June 21, 1927, in Dexter, the daughter of Keith and Verna (Smith) Wentworth. She participated in the programs at the Charlotte White Center for many years and loved animals and all her precious belongings. Trudy's smile and love for life will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by a beloved sister, Matilda Alvarez and her husband, Harold; and a nephew, Raymond Alvarez, all of Zephyrhills, Fla.; one cousin, Joyce McPhee of Bath. She was predeceased by her parents, and a brother, Raymond.

Friends may call 1 p.m. Monday, until time of services at 2 p.m., at the Thompson Funeral Home, 17 Hudson Rd., Corinth. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
