IRENE M. SKINNER
DEXTER – Irene Mary Skinner, 74, died August 20, 2003 at her Fairway Knolls residence following a long illness. She was born July 7, 1929 at Peabody, Mass. a daughter of Oscar and Lyla (Sherman) Perron. She had been employed as a stitcher at Dexter Shoe Company.

She was predeceased by her husband Clifton D. Skinner who died August 14, 1999. Irene is survived by two daughters, Kristine and husband Lee Fortin of Peabody, Mass., and Patti Grillo of Dexter; 4 grandchildren, Michael Fortin and wife Robin of N. Andover, Mass., Melissa Grillo of Portland, Matthew Grillo of Dexter, and Andrew Fortin of Peabody, Mass.4 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Sunday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main Street, Dexter, where funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Monday, August 25th, with the Rev. Fr. Raymond Morency officiating. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Garland.
