IRENE LENA (WILLIAMS) MURDOCK
DEXTER – Irene Lena (Williams) Murdock, 75, passed away at home Monday, January 20, 2003. She was born in Dexter May 10, 1927, a daughter of Marvin and Lena (Nadeau) Williams. She graduated from N. H. Fay High School. She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, John “Jack” Murdock, Jr. on January 6, 2000. Irene will be remembered as an avid golfer.

She is survived by her son, Thomas M. Murdock, Sr. of Dexter; two daughters, Marylou Paul and her husband Bob of Portland, Sally Ann Murdock and her fiancé Brian of Dexter; 4 grandchildren, Thomas M. Murdock, Jr. and wife Misty of Douglas, MA, Geoffry L. Murdock of Walland, TN, Shawna R. Paul of Portland, and Morgan N. Murdock of Dexter; and a great grand-daughter, Leah Ewing Murdock of Douglas, MA. She is also survived by a special loving aunt, Martha Titus of Dexter.

A spring graveside committal service will be conducted at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter, with Pastor A. Maurice Neal officiating. Donations in her memory may be made to the Sunshine Club, in care of Mrs. Nancy Baldwin, Treasurer, 59 Acadia Street, Dexter, ME04930.
