IRENE M. PATTERSON
ABBOT, Irene M. Patterson, 55, died June 27, 2004 at her home in Abbot surrounded by her family. She was born January 7, 1949, in Dover-Foxcroft, daughter of Melvin and Mary (Clark) Wentworth. She worked at Guilford Industries in Guilford for 26 years, and attended Abbot Evangelical Free Church in Abbot.

She is survived by her husband, Everett L. Patterson and a son and his wife, Scott and Cindy Patterson all of Abbot; a daughter, Julie Patterson of Guilford; a brother Clyde Wentworth of Industry; a sister and her husband, Barbara and Dwight Easler of Abbot; and 3 grandchildren who meant the world to her, Trent and Travis Patterson and Brody Tarsook; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Neil Wentworth.

There will be no public visitation. A Memorial Service will be held 11 AM, Thursday, July 1, 2004, at the Abbot Evangelical Free Church with Pastor Ray Beless officiating. Burial will be in the Abbot Village Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Abbot Evangelical Free Church, P.O. Box 131, Abbot, ME 04406.
