OBITUARIES

JOSEPH A. DOMONSKI
PALMYRA—Joseph A. Domonski, 81, died September 26, 2007. He was born May 15, 1926 in Hempstead, NY the son of Adam and Olga (Forsburg) Domonski. He served in the U. S. Navy in the Pacific during World War II and witnessed one of the atomic blasts on Japan. Joseph was a member of the Barrows Skidgel American Legion Post 105 in Newport. He owned and operated the Palmyra General Store for 30 years.

He is survived by a son, Darren Domonski; a daughter, Gail Grier both of Palmyra; a grandson, Adam Joseph Domonski; and a sister, Elsie Pomierski of Long Island, NY. Cremation arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Newport. Those who wish may sign an online guest register at www.CrosbyNeal.com
