LAWRENCE E. HENRY
CORINNA - Lawrence Ernest Henry, entered the glories of heaven at age 88 on February 25, 2002. He was born July 9, 1913 at Machias the son of Alonzo and Florence (Chambers) Henry. "Midget" worked in a number of different area factories and was a woodsman of many years. He had accepted the Lord as his Saviour in the spring of 1960. Throughout the rest of his life he shared the Gospel with many people. He especially loved visiting folks in nursing homes and shut-ins. He was active for many years in the ministry at Dexter Healthcare Facility and served as a deacon at the Stetson Union Church.

He is waiting in heaven for his survivors, sons, Lawrence H. Henry, Jr. and his wife Sharon of Danielson, CT, Richard Henry of Florida, 3 daughters Mrs. Gerald (Dottie) Stillman of Palermo, Mrs. Russell (Judy) Lyon of Corinna, and Mrs. [Reverend] David (Mary) Ray, Sr. of Ripley; 23 grandchildren; many great grandchildren. Greeting him in heaven are his beloved wife, Estella (Huff), 6 children, Wayne, Robert, Roberta, Charles, Christopher, an unnamed infant, 2 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, including Kaylyn Grace Henningsen; and siblings, Adian, Buster, and Philip Henry, and sisters, Doris Huff and Delia Bubar.

Friends may call from 6-8 PM Thursday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Chapel, 68 Exeter Road, Corinna. Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Friday March 1st, at the Stetson Union Church with the Rev. David Ray, Sr. officiating. Spring burial will be in the family lot, Maloon Cemetery, St. Albans. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Stetson Union Church Building Fund, P.O.
