LAWRENCE E. MURCH
DOVER-FOXCROFT - Lawrence E. Murch, 85, died Jan. 30, 2003, at the Maine Veterans Home in Bangor. He was born Nov. 27, 1917, in Foxcroft, the son of John and Susan (Herring) Murch. Lawrence had served with the U.S. Air Force during World War II, and had retired from the American Woolen Mill.

Lawrence is survived by a sister, Louise Whitten of Dover-Foxcroft, and her children, Joan, Betty and Clyde; a niece, Betty Higgins of Brewer; three cousins, Irene Bonsey, Marjorie Smith, both of Dover-Foxcroft, and Laura Pratt of Guilford. He was predeceased by a sister, Thelma Higgins.

Graveside services at the family lot in Gray Cemetery will be announced in the spring by the Lary Funeral Home.
