Leslie E. Andrews
Les attended Guilford schools, and owned and operated Les' Garage in Sangerville for many years. He was a 50 year member of the Mt. Kineo Masonic Lodge in Guilford, and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his best friend and love, Minetta Brown of Sangerville; 2 daughters, Rosely Smith and her husband, Stewart of Monson, and Nancy Cambridge of Dover-Foxcroft; a sister, Patricia McPhetres and her husband, Paul of Sangerville; 3 grandchildren, Jason Smith of Monson, Johnnie Cambridge of New York, and Christina Cambridge of Vermont; 3 great grandchildren, Broc, Damean, and Jarrett Smith all of Monson; former son-in-law, James Cambridge and his wife, Ruth of Old Town; 3 close friends that he considered his sons, David Leland of Sangerville, Robert Fortier of Sangerville, and Baxter Stone of Guilford; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife, Estelle (Easler) Andrews in 1993; a sister, Dolores Hunt in 2010; and a great granddaughter, Bridget Burke in 2000.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM, Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Crosby & Neal, 21 Oak Street in Guilford, where funeral services will be held 11 AM, Wednesday, conducted by the members of Mt. Kineo Masonic Lodge.
A graveside committal service will be held 11 AM, Friday, May 18, 2012, in the Knowlton Mills Cemetery in Sangerville.
