LOIS M. COBBETT
DEXTER – Lois M. Cobbett, 96, went to be with her Lord June 21, 2003. She was born January 14, 1907 at Fairfield a daughter of John and Mary (Marcia) Otis. She was employed as a cook for many years, including local area restaurants, Wellesley College, and Plummer Memorial Hospital. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Dexter.

She is survived by 3 sons, Alton and wife Pauline Withee of Eddington, Frank and Barbara Withee of Greene and Gordon Withee of Dexter; 2 daughters, Glenice Hodgson of Cape Elizabeth, and Joyce King of Rowley, MA; 21 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Clinton; her first husband, Frank Withee, and her second husband Fred Cobbett.

Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Saturday, June 28th, at the First Baptist Church of Dexter with Pastor A. Maurice Neal officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 573, Dexter, ME 04930. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Dexter.
