LUCILLE (GUSTIN) IRVIN
RIPLEY - Lucille (Gustin) Irvin, 51, died November 28, 2009 at a Bangor hospital. She was born January 29, 1958 in New Haven, CT, a daughter of Lawrence and Kathleen (Hall) Gustin. She was employed as a behavior specialist at the Charlotte White Center in Dover-Foxcroft until her retirement due to failing health.

Lucille attended and was recently baptized at the Dexter Christian Community Church. She was a supporter and active volunteer with the Dexter Recreational Department. She was also a supporter of the Charlotte White Angels program.

Lucille enjoyed her flower gardens, her many trips to Old Orchard Beach and especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her loving husband, Kenneth of Ripley; a son Lee Flagg and partner Jennifer Duplisea of Corinna; a daughter, Amanda Lupo and partner Jonathan Wilbur of Dexter; 5 grandchildren, Tyler, Brayden and Makalya Flagg, Andreja and Jylian Lupo; as well as special friends, Bob and Paula Sambito, and Sarah Whitney.

A celebration of her life will be celebrated from 5 to 8 PM Saturday, December 5th, at the Dexter Regional High School Cafeteria, with a benefit spaghetti dinner. Pastor Lois Field will officiate.
