MARION H. COTTON
SEBEC - Marion H. Cotton, 86, wife of John Cotton, died Aug. 2, 2000, at a local hospital. She was born Nov. 3, 1913, in Brodhead, Wis., the daughter of Carl A. and Maybelle L. (Carpenter) Hoglund. Mrs. Cotton was a member of the Dover-Foxcroft Congregational Church.

She is survived by her husband, John of Sebec; two sons, John C. of Phoenix, Ariz. and Mark of Tanney Town, Md.; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to call 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5, 2000, at the Cotton residence in Sebec. Memorial services will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 6, at the Dover-Foxcroft Congregational Church with the Rev. Kenneth Dale officiating. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Piscataquis YMCA, Park Street, Dover-Foxcroft, 04426. Arrangements are in the care of the Lary Funeral Home.
