MARJORIE FITZGERALD
GREENVILLE - Marjorie Fitzgerald, 82, died Dec. 31, 2006, at a Dexter health care facility. She was born Dec. 27, 1924, in Boston, a daughter of Charles and Ruth McDougald. She grew up in Wrentham, Mass., graduating from Wrentham High in 1942. Marge began her own business as a dance instructor for four years before she married her first husband. She later remarried and moved to Willimantic in 1976. She enjoyed working at the Abbot Group Home, where she was employed for a number of years. Marge loved horses, painting and drawing. Her later years were spent at Dean Park, Greenville, where she enjoyed her cat, Valentine, visiting with family and friends, and playing bingo.

She is survived by her children, Van and his wife, Melanie Woodworth and their three children, Lee and his wife, Kathy Woodworth and their two children, Warren and his wife, Mary Fitzgerald and their two children, Spencer Fitzgerald and Danielle Page and her husband, Corey, Sarah and her husband, Darin Hanscome and their son, Matthew; Marge's brother, Ralph and wife, Hazel McDougald and their family.

Family and friends are invited to a memorial service 3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007, at Warren's home, 40 Oak St., Guilford. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal, Guilford.
