MARY ALICE BRESNAHAN
NEWPORT & PITTSFIELD – Mary Alice Bresnahan, 80, died December 16, 2002 at a Pittsfield health care facility. She was born June 21, 1922 at Ware, MA, a daughter of Leonard and Louise (Gravelle) Bresnahan. She was a communicant of St. Agnes Parish.

She is survived by a sister-in-law, Louise Bresnahan of Newport; 3 nieces, Lisa Spraggins, and Susan Phelps, both of Newport, and Nancy White of Atkinson; 2 nephews, David Banks of Southboro, MA, and Daniel Bresnahan of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; great nieces and nephews, Kelley, Jay, Chris, Ben, Jaime, and Nate; and her dear friends at Birch Grove. She was predeceased by her brother Leonard, and a sister Laura.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 AM Thursday at St. Agnes Church, Detroit Avenue, Pittsfield, with the Rev. Fr. Raymond Morency officiating. Spring burial will be in Sawyer Cemetery, Plymouth. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 117 Main Street, Newport.
