MARY ELLEN BUTLER
PLYMOUTH – Mary Ellen Butler, 82, went to be with Jesus June 30, 2003. She was born July 25, 1920 at Millinocket, a daughter of Miles and Martha (Montgomery) Butler. She will be remembered as an avid gardener.

She was predeceased by 2 brothers, Marshall and Maynard Butler; 2 sisters, Leola Cushman and Margaret Greenleaf. She is survived by a brother James Butler, Sr. of St. Albans; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Wednesday, July 2nd, at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 117 Main Street, Newport, with Pastor Brian Woodbury officiating. Friends may call from 1 P.M. Wednesday until the time of the funeral. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Newport.
