MARY V. (LIMOGES) APPLETON
CORINNA – Mary V. (Limoges) Appleton, 86, died November 25, 2002 at St. Joseph Hospital in Bangor. She was born May 3, 1916 at Providence, Rhode Island a daughter of Michael and Jenny (Gibson) Limoges. She married Edwin Appleton, also of Providence, in 1936. She had resided in Sunshine Village for many years with her beloved husband, who died February 16, 1996. She was a communicant of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Pittsfield.

Mary is survived by her son, James Appleton of Etna; a daughter, Mary Doody of Naperville, Illinois; 5 grandchildren, Abigail and Amy Jane Appleton, both of Etna, Megan Tempestini of Plainfield, Illinois, Bethany Hollarbush of Oswego, Illinois, and Ryan Doody of Chicago, Illinois; 3 great grandchildren, Michael and Anna Tempestini, and Connor Hollarbush.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 A.M. Wednesday at St. Agnes Church, Pittsfield, with the Rev. Father Raymond Morency officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Dexter.
