NEAL W. ANDREWS
NEWPORT – Neal W. Andrews, 58, died unexpectedly August 18, 2000 at a Belfast hospital. He was born October 6, 1941 at Dover-Foxcroft the son of Neal and Grace (Burlock) Andrews, Sr. He graduated from Newport High School, Class of 1959. On November 29, 1963, he married the former Brenda Fellows. Neal had retired from General Electric in Pittsfield. He enjoyed collecting and working on antique and classic cars. As an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and fishing with his friends and family, and was a fan of 50’s and 60’s music.

In addition to his wife of Newport, he is survived by a son Todd Andrews of Woodstock, NY, a daughter, Tammy McFall of Winter Haven, FL, 3 brothers, Gerald and his wife Judy Andrews of N. Chelmsford, MA, Roger and wife Joelyn Andrews of Provo, Utah, Alton and wife Roxanne of Wiscasset; 3 sisters, Roberta and husband Paul Reynolds of Etna, Nellie Rudder of San Diego, CA, Carol and her husband Darrell Seamans of Dexter; 2 grandsons, Arnold and Brian; many nieces and nephews. He will also be fondly remembered by many dear friends and neighbors. He was predeceased by his brothers, Francis, Roland, and Richard.

Friends may call 6-8 P.M. Monday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 64 Main Street, Newport, where funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Tuesday, August 22nd. Burial will be in North Newport Cemetery.
