EXETER - Peter W. Kerr, 48, died October 3, 2000 at a Bangor hospital after a brief illness. He was born Sept. 4, 1952 at Everett, Mass. the son of the Rev. Arthur and Trudy Kerr of Howes Cave, New York. He graduated from Seekonk High School, Class of 1970. Peter was a self-employed dry wall finisher. He was a communicant of the Episcopal Church. Peter was a kind, loving person who had a great love of animals and nature.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Ginny Kerr of Exeter; 2 brothers, John and wife Ruth Kerr of LaVerne, CA, James and wife Mara Kerr of Howes Cave, NY; 6 nieces and a grand nephew. Friends may call 6-8 PM Friday and 1:30 PM Saturday until the time of service.

Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Saturday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Chapel, Exeter Road, Corinna, with his father, Pastor Arthur Kerr of the Protestant Episcopal Church officiating. Burial will be in Exeter Center Cemetery.
