ROBERT CHARLES DUDLEY He graduated from N.H. Fay High School, class of 1939. Robert enlisted in the U.S. Army during WWII, and served in the South Pacific. Following the war, he moved to Hialeah, Florida, where he attended the University of Florida and met his future wife, Jeanne Ellsworth. Robert and Jeanne moved back to Maine in 1947, where he worked as a cattle dealer, and later as a store manager, for the Maine State Liquor Commission, retiring in 1988. He was predeceased by his wife, Jeanne (Ellsworth) Dudley in 2005; and a son, Charles in 1989. He is survived by a son, Robert Dudley of Dexter; 3 daughters, Julie Keyte and her companion, Thomas Goldsmith of Dexter, Nancy Tasker and her husband, Richard of Plymouth, and Carla Witham and her husband, Barry of Stetson; 3 grandchildren, Scott White, Caryl White, and Philip Landry; and 3 great grandchildren.
