ROLAND D. MANN
Roland D. Mann MILO - Roland D. Mann, 70, husband of Verna J. (Blanchard) Mann, died Feb. 2, 2007, at his residence. He was born March 17, 1936, in Dexter, the son of Gilbert C. and Florence E. (Badger) Mann. Roland had worked at dairy farms in the area. He had been a longtime member of the Dexter Pentecostal Church. He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Verna of Milo; two sons, Gilbert Mann and his friend, Eve Sally, of Dover-Foxcroft and Alan Perkins of Milo; five daughters, Susan Ward and her husband, William, of Morrisville, N.Y., Sheila Silva and her husband, Ernie, of Parkman, Kathy Artus and her husband, Scott, of Medford, Tina Saunders and her husband, Gene, of Sebec and Anita Woodbury of Milo; a brother, Gilbert Mann and his wife, Madeline, of Kingman; a sister, Marilyn Giles and her husband, Dwayne, of Garland; special cousins, Florence and Paul Champeon; many grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece and nephew who cared for him, Sherry Bartlett and Ralph Woodbury. He was predeceased by a daughter, Gloria Mann; two brothers, Linwood and Edwin; and two sisters, Beverly and Anita. Friends are invited to call 11 a.m. until time of service 1 p.m. Monday, Feb. 5, at Lary Funeral Home, Milo, with Pastor Lyman Curtis officiating.
