SUSAN D. ANNIS
DOVER-FOXCROFT - Susan D. Annis, 86, wife of the late Louis D. Annis, died Dec. 2, 2001, at a local hospital. She was born Jan. 28, 1915, in Derby, the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Blaikie) Drysdale. Mrs. Annis was a 1933 graduate of Foxcroft Academy. She was a member of the Cosmopolitan Club, the C.C. Circle of Sebec, and a 50 year member of Miriam Chapter No. 40 OES.

She is survived by two sons, James D. and his wife, Mary Annis of Dover-Foxcroft, and Charles L. Annis of North Dakota; a daughter, Susan Elizabeth and her husband, Ross Holmes of Coon Rapids, Minn., seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Friends are invited to call 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2001, at the Lary Funeral Home, Dover-Foxcroft. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 5, at the Dover-Foxcroft Congregational Church, with Rev. Kenneth Dale officiating. Following cremation, burial will be in the family lot in Rural Grove Cemetery.
