THELMA M. BROWN
NEWPORT & BUCKSPORT - Thelma M. Brown, 83, died December 10, 2000 at a Bangor hospital. She was born at E Plantation the daughter of John and Lucy (Brewer) Dyer. She retired from BMHI.

She is survived by a son and his wife, Roger and Jana Brown of Newport; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Audrey Dyer of Bangor; several grandchildren, nieces and a nephew; 2 step-daughters, Pat Hunter of Fairfield, and Marlene Smith of Texas. She was predeceased by 2 sons, Wendell and Llewellyn.

A graveside committal service will be held 1 P.M. Thursday at the family lot, Highland Cemetery, Carmel, with the Rev. George Perkins, Pastor of Stetson First Baptist Church officiating. Arrangements are by Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, Newport.
