THELMA R. COLBY
GREENVILLE - Thelma R. Colby, 75, loving wife of the late Edward R. Colby, died at a Dover-Foxcroft nursing home, Oct. 31, 2002. She was born Dec. 25, 1926, in Greenville, the daughter of Fred W. and Edith (Brett) Roberts. She was a lifelong resident of Greenville. She graduated from Greenville High School and attended Massachusetts General School of Nursing. She held many jobs in Greenville, from nursing and real estate, to working for Sanders Store for many years.

She is survived by one brother, Charles J. Roberts and his wife, Jacqueline of Milo and several cousins.

Graveside services will be held in the spring at the family lot in the Greenville Cemetery. Those who wish may make memorial contributions to Maine Alzheimer's Disease Assoc., Inc., P.O. Box 1161, Scarborough, ME 04074. Arrangements by McCrory Funeral Home, Greenville.
