WARDSWORTH A. PELKIE
HARTLAND – Wardsworth A. Pelkie, 77, died peacefully October 6, 2006 at a Dexter healthcare facility. He was born November 3, 1928 in Leeds a son of Adolph and Leona (Chipman) Pelkie. Wardsworth was a resident of Hartland for most of his life and was known and loved by everyone. He was often seen riding his bike and doing odd jobs for people. He faithfully attended the Grace Linn United Methodist Church.

He is survived by nieces and nephews, Terri Walker of Appleton, Mike Fanjoy of Smithfield, Roger Fanjoy Jr. and Roger Fanjoy, Sr., both of Dexter and Rob Fanjoy of Michigan; and a special cousin, Phil Emery of St. Albans. Wardsworth was predeceased by a brother and sister in law, Charles and Christine Pelkie; and a niece Bertha Fanjoy.

A memorial service will be held 1 PM Friday, November 10th, at Grace Linn United Methodist Church, Hartland, with the Rev. Shandi Mawokomatanda officiating.
