WILMA C. ROLFE
DEXTER, Wilma C. Rolfe, 80, died December 8, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. She was born September 9, 1924, in Dexter, the daughter of Ralph and Ruth (Harding) Crowell. She worked at several of the local textile mills. She was a member of the VFW Auxiliary and the American Legion Auxiliary and was a former member of the Rebekahs. Wilma was an avid camper and had many camping friends.

She is survived by 2 sons and their wives, Ralph "Eddie" and Lottie Rolfe of Waldo, William "Bill" and Clarissa Rolfe of Dover, New Hampshire; 5 daughters, Glenda Roberts of Swanville, Julie and her husband, Wayne Smith of Dexter, Deborah and her husband, Robert Hartley of Dexter, Susan and her husband, Dick Fletcher of Exeter, Tammy and her husband, Scott Raye of Cambridge; 15 grandchildren, Loren Jr., Tammy, Fred, and Jeff Roberts, Bruce Smith, Buddy, Jerry and Jamie Hartley, Ralph Jr., Jessica, and Alicia Rolfe, Sonya, and Jay Fletcher, Rachael and Rusty Raye; 16 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Bruce Rolfe in 1999.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, on Monday, December 13, 2004, at the Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 61 Main St. in Dexter with Maurice Neal officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service. Spring burial will be at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Dexter.
