LEROY E. ENGSTROM
CORINNA & NEWPORT – LeRoy E. Engstrom, 25, died unexpectedly November 23, 2002 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born April 3, 1977 in Los Angeles, California a son of Stanley and Sandra (Sloat) Engstrom. LeRoy attended Nokomis Regional High and was employed by Telepower. He enjoyed racing his car at the Unity Dirt Track.

In addition to his parents of Newport, he is survived by his long-time fiancée Debra King, and two daughters, Haley and Amber Engstrom, all of Corinna; his maternal grandmother, Ruth Engstrom of Newport; and a special father figure Dale Scripture of Newport. He will be sadly missed by his brothers, Archie, Stanley, Jr., and Randy, all of Newport,and Aaron, of Panama City, Florida; as well as many friends and relatives.

Friends may call from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday at Crosby & Neal Funeral Home, 117 Main Street, Newport, where funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Wednesday, November 27th, with the Rev. Carl Engstrom officiating. Burial will be in the Dixmont Corner Cemetery.
